There was some confusion with the shipping but as soon as I addressed my concern, we had our shirts in a matter of days! Love this shirt and the sizing is perfect. The material is a nice, soft material that will be great for fall and early winter fishing. We will be the envy of our fishing club. We will order more definately!

The hoodie is amazing with a unique design that my nephew absolutely loved. 5-stars for the hoodie. That said, there are issues with communication and long delivery times. I ordered this hoodie within the cutoff date for Christmas. When I sent an email - the only way to communicate with the company - There was no response. Several emails later, I still had no response. All I needed was some acknowledgement that the hoodie would eventually be delivered. It was the silence that was so frustrating. Order well in advance and you'll be happy!

My first time ordering. The quality is great. I didn't know about the additional charge for international tax. Thank god it wasn't very high. If your terms and conditions mentioned it, I must have over looked it. But all in all, I am a happy customer.

We are very happy with the finished product. The only real complaint I have is that there is no way to communicate with your company. I wanted to check on the status of the item because it was a Christmas present and wasn't able to do so cause there was no real phone number to call and no one ever answered my e-mails. Other than that, we love the sweatshirt.

Love the shirt but the sizing is not good. Ordered my grandson a youth M which is what he wears and it did not fit. I then purchased 2 more shirts which I ordered Youth XL and they are the same size as the medium. The bag they were in said XL but the shirt was marked a medium. I sent an email requesting a refund but have heard NOTHING. Even though I love your stuff I have spent well over $100.00 and my grandson has NOTHING to show for it. I would love to reorder a shirt for him in an even bigger size but I just cannot afford it. It would be nice if you made this right and sent me at least 2 shirts at no cost. Love the graphics and overall quality. Very disappointed in getting a 3xl that will not even fit my son that wears an xl. Trying to find out how they are going to handle this problem. I am not sure if a 5xl would be large enough and never ordered a shirt this big. Crazy

My husband and kids loved it, of course came in after Christmas. My son shirt was wrong size and very small fits a 3 yr. old, anyone have this problem? Now I am ordering him another one but not sure what size to get because he is 11 yrs old. And the sizes here seem too small in kids. They were good on emailing me back and gave me a discount.

I have read the reviews and looks like I am in the same boat! I ordered on Dec 4th 2019. Which is before the cutoff date for Christmas. Have sent several emails no response. Hoping I get it before Christmas! If I had read these reviews I would have never ordered. I understand it takes time but respond to emails to comfort the buyer.
