Exchanges and Replacements
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, as all of our products are made to order.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we are committed to making it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund after reviewing your claim.
Eligible Cases
We may approve a replacement or refund if:

You received a damaged item.

You received a defective product due to a manufacturing or printing defect.

You received the wrong item, size, color, or design compared to your order.

Your order was confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier.

Your request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Cases Not Covered
Replacement or refund requests will not be approved for:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

Change of mind or personal preference.

Dissatisfaction with the design after receiving the product.

Minor color variations caused by differences in monitor or mobile screen settings.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use after delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
To request a replacement or refund, please email support@chipteeamz.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Your order number.
-
The name used for the order.

A brief description of the issue.

Clear photos showing:

the product, the shirt measurements with a measuring tape (shoulder, chest, length, etc.)
-
the defect or damage,
-
the shipping label (if applicable),
-
and the packaging if it arrived damaged.
Providing complete information helps us review your request as quickly as possible.
Claim Review
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange either:

a replacement product at no additional cost, or
-
a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Replacement orders will be processed according to our standard production and shipping time.
Returns
In most cases, you do not need to return the original item. We may request a return only if further inspection is necessary.
Abuse Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to deny any replacement or refund request if:

the claim cannot be verified,

insufficient evidence is provided,

the request falls outside the conditions outlined in this policy, or
-
the claim is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
